Home Consultation
A home advisory consultation to assess the most appropriate energy efficiency measures for your home and priorities – whether that’s carbon reduction, improved comfort, financial return, EPC improvement, or all three.
We’ll walk around your home discussing your options. You’ll leave with a summary of our discussion, and a thermal camera assessment where temperature conditions allow.
Suitable for those looking for some general advice as to appropriate options for your home, potential risks to avoid, and a rough idea as to potential costs and payback periods.

Survey & Planning
A detailed survey of your home with a thorough report with cost/benefit analysis.
This includes a borescope survey of cavity walls and unknown building fabric where feasible, thermal camera assessment where temperature conditions allow, and ventilation assessment. We’ll then have a follow-up call to discuss the report & recommendations.
We can discuss the detail of your options and preferences – including insulation types, system manufacturers, window styles and key detailing within and between different efficiency measures. We’ll then be able to provide a detailed quote for your project.

Project Installation
We’ll install the measures in your project as agreed and quoted following the design consultation.
We’ll create a project plan of the works with dates and durations for key activities. Your project will be undertaken by quality, accredited tradespeople who seek to minimise disruption wherever possible. There is professional technical oversight of works, and warranties & guarantees are included.
At the end, we provide a thorough handover of the systems and maintenance advice, to ensure you know how to use them for maximum efficiency.
